It’s June! Holy macaroni this year is flying by!

Did you create any goals in December/January that you wanted to work on this year? Let’s do a 6 month check in.
​

How are they coming along? What progress have you seen? Are you proud of yourself?
​

If your answer was anything but positivity, how can you shift that for the second half of the year?
​

Can you look at your progress through different lenses? Or do you need to refocus on your priorities and get back to track?
​

Whether or not you have been making progress just remember to keep moving forward. Tomorrow is a new day, full of opportunities waiting for you!
​

God has blessed you with this life, use it fully! Shine His light through your progress and give Him glory for each success, even the smallest of them.
​

Some of you have probably seen that I have been doing the 75 Hard program. (If you don’t know what that is I’ve included a photo of the rules for it below.) Today is day 21 for me and in the past 21 days I have followed the rules and taken daily progress pictures… as easy as it is to snap the pictures it’s was so hard to look at in the first few days. But as time has gone on and I’ve seen the changes happening, and felt them, I’m so glad I have them to look back on.

Success is in the daily consistency. Starting something new or knowing what your goal is that you want to reach can be hard because you have the finished result in your mind. But the end is just the destination, the process is the fun part!
​

Day 75 is my destination but the journey there has been so much fun! I’m learning and growing each day, not just when I hit my goal.

​

Just like marriage or parenting, the goal is to reach the end of life together or raise amazing humans but the fun and joy is in the progress of getting there. Making the memories and learning together is where the good times are.

​

So as you go about the rest of the year and think about your goals and where you really want to be but remember the journey is the fun part! Enjoy the process to the end result!
